XKautoUSA – Fraudulent Warning Labels

CORTLAND, NY – (April 5, 2024) The Automotive Lift Institute, Inc. (ALI), an ANAB accredited product and services certification body (Accreditation ID# 0584), hereby makes public announcement that fraudulent warning labels have been applied to automotive lifts produced by XinKong USA, also known as XKautoUSA and XK USA Auto Repair Equipment.

This company is selling multiple two-post car lifts on Amazon with warning labels that are counterfeit and do not meet the ANSI Z535, the American standard that sets forth a system for presenting safety and accident prevention information.

Neither XinKong USA nor its aliases are affiliated with ALI.

The fraudulent label depicted in this Public Safety Notice resembles the counterfeit labels. If your lift bears a counterfeit warning label, please contact ALI and your employer’s health and safety representative.

Intentionally applying fraudulent warning labels is irresponsible and violates public trust. This public safety notice supports ALI’s mission to promote the safe design, construction, installation, inspection, and use of automotive lifts.
